GOMsmart is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Personal Information

Under no circumstances do we transfer your email address to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

We collect your name, address, phone number, company and email address. Personal information is kept in encrypted systems with no access to alter or view such information. (Any intentional modifications to such information must be communicated to us directly.) This information is never shared outside of the company and only used within the company to alert you to upcoming subscription renewals or newsletters. It may be necessary - by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence - for Earth Science Associates to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

Non-Personal Information

We collect information regarding the device and browser used to access GOMsmart. Cookies are also used to enhance the efficiency in accessing data. Non-personal information is not tied to specific users and is only used in evaluating performance of the system and improvements to the application.

Your Ability to Opt-Out of Further Notifications
